Process of Manufacturing PVC Windows

Stage 1: Profile Production

PVC Extrusion is the first and most critical stage of production. The process includes:

The production begins with preparing raw materials (PVC granules or powder), which are then melted in an extruder. The material is shaped through special dies, calibrated, and cooled. The final step of this stage is cutting the material into standard lengths.

During this stage, the following is also carried out:

  • Linear parameter control
  • Calculation of resistance to temperature changes
  • Structural strength testing

Stage 2: Reinforcement and Frame Assembly

Preparation for Assembly involves:

At this stage, steel reinforcing profiles are cut and installed inside the PVC profile. Window box blanks are formed.

The assembly process includes:

  • Welding profiles at a 45-degree angle
  • Automatic joint welding
  • Seam treatment and burr removal
  • Impost installation
  • Sealing material mounting

Stage 3: Glass Unit Production

Glass Unit Manufacturing consists of:

Glass is cut to specified dimensions, and spacer bars are prepared. The structure is assembled and sealed, followed by checking the unit’s airtightness.

Stage 4: Final Window Assembly

Hardware Installation involves:

First, installation points are marked, then holes are drilled. Opening mechanisms are installed, followed by hinges and handles. The final step is functionality testing.

Stage 5: Quality Control

Finished Product Inspection includes:

Each window undergoes thorough testing, including:

  • Airtightness testing
  • Geometry verification
  • Hardware functionality testing
  • Sound and heat insulation checks
  • Strength testing

Final Stage

Preparation for Installation includes:

The finished product is packaged, labeled, and stored under conditions that ensure its preservation. Finally, the window is shipped to the customer.

Each production stage is strictly monitored to ensure the high quality of the final product. Modern technologies enable the creation of windows that meet all requirements for thermal and sound insulation, strength, and durability.
