Process of Manufacturing PVC Windows

Stage 1: Profile Production

PVC Extrusion is the first and most critical stage of production. The process includes:

The production begins with preparing raw materials (PVC granules or powder), which are then melted in an extruder. The material is shaped through special dies, calibrated, and cooled. The final step of this stage is cutting the material into standard lengths.

• Seam treatment and burr removal

Stage 3: Glass Unit Production

Glass Unit Manufacturing consists of:

Glass is cut to specified dimensions, and spacer bars are prepared. The structure is assembled and sealed, followed by checking the unit’s airtightness.

Stage 4: Final Window Assembly

Hardware Installation involves:

First, installation points are marked, then holes are drilled. Opening mechanisms are installed, followed by hinges and handles. The final step is functionality testing.

Stage 5: Quality Control

Final Stage
