A variety of unusual windows.

The window is one of the most important elements of any building. Windows  of unusual shape: panoramic, arched, round, triangular, or trapezoidal will give a unique appearance to the façade and interior. Today's technology can produce PVC windows of any kind. However, their production is more labor intensive, takes more time and is much more expensive. All of this should be taken into account when you make a choice in favor of  standard or unusual designs. 

If you decide that the uniqueness of your home worth the investment, do not overdo it with the architectural effects, too many of them can make a house look grotesque or ridiculous. Unconventional window shapes should be integrated with the style of the house. 

The most important thing when selecting non-traditional shapes is not to choose too complex profile  geometry at the expense of functionality. The main window function is providing sufficient lighting. Therefore, the area of the glazed surface is an important factor and if you choose a window with a fairly thick profile, georgian bars or mullion, the room may not get enough light. 

Do not forget about such important parameters as thermal insulation and noise protection. If you live in a noisy area, pay attention to the sound insulation. This will greatly enhance the quality of your life.
