Proper ventilation to create coolness in your house.

It is better to ventilate in the summer in the evening and at night when temperatures fall and the air is more fresh. To do this as efficiently as possible, open balcony and windows in all areas and do not close doors - as a result, will provide circulation and fresh air in all rooms.

Before going to bed, do not forget about the thorough ventilation of the bedrooms. At least half an hour all windows should be opened wide. Thus, heat accumulated during the day will leave premises.

Better to leave windows opened throughout the night. To avoid uninvited guests such as mosquitoes and other insects, you should install a mosquito net.
