When we hear “plastic windows,” a white frame instantly pops into our heads. But today’s PVC windows can be so much more interesting!
Lamination is the game changer. It’s a coating applied to the profile that can mimic wood, metal, stone, or simply be a bold solid colour. Want a “oak‑look” window in a country house? Done. Need a graphite profile for a city apartment in loft style? Easy. Even pastel shades for Provence are no problem now.
You can choose a colour for one side only (neutral on the street side, accent on the inside) or for both. This is handy if your building’s facade has to follow a certain style, but you want something personal inside.
These windows stop being just “openings” and become part of the design: they set the tone, highlight the style, and add coziness. And they still keep all the benefits of PVC — insulation, quiet, and durability.
So if you’re planning to replace your windows, don’t limit yourself to plain white. Check out the lamination catalogue: the right colour might be the finishing touch that makes your interior complete.
