Main Coloring Methods

Modern industry employs three primary methods for producing colored PVC windows:

• Mass Coloring — adding pigment directly to the PVC mixture during profile production. This method ensures maximum resistance to external influences.
• Airless Spraying — applying paint to a ready-made white profile. It allows for over 2000 shades, including glossy and metallic finishes.
• Acrylic Lamination — applying a special film to the prepared profile followed by heat treatment.
