All about the ways of opening PVC windows

According to the type of opening , all uPVC window structures are traditionally divided into 4 types:

1. Fixed uPVC windows are distinguished by the simplest design and cheapness of manufacture. In addition, due to the fact that such windows do not open, they are very difficult to wash. A blind sash can be used as part of a window of two sashes, where the second sash will open.

2. Turn uPVC windows - a traditional, familiar type of uPVC windows. They are convenient and practical, easy to care for however, such a design does not have the possibility of partial opening for ventilation, which is not always convenient.

3. Tilt and turn uPVC windows combine two types of opening, which makes them the most convenient. They have the possibility of both full and partial opening for ventilation. Very easy to care for. This design has practically no disadvantages.

4. Sliding windows are very convenient to open, as the opening range is adjustable from a small slit to a fully open  uPVC window. However, this type of shutters is inconvenient to care for, they are quite difficult to wash. The second significant disadvantage of such structures is leakiness. And therefore, they will not be able to fully demonstrate such remarkable properties of plastic uPVC windows as protection from noise and dust.
