Can you imagine a person willing to pay a huge amount for an old window of the mediocre appearence? Most likely, you will call such person a crazy man who wants to get such window by any price. Dutch citizen paid for a usual window $ 3 million. However, if you go deep into the history of this window, it becomes clear that the "usual" is not a proper word for it.

This window was sold on eBay and provided with all necessary documentation and expert assessments. According to many evidences of the researchers from this particular window was made one of the most famous shots in modern world history. On November 22, 1963 Lee Harvey Oswald committed cold-blooded murder of United States President John F. Kennedy from this very window. Dozens of years this window was in the library of the city of Dallas, where  currently Museum of political assassinations is located. Without a doubt, the murder of the incumbent President became the most notorious in U.S. history.

Such known window was a dream of many collectors around the world, but for a long time it was a valuable Museum piece, and then went to a Dutch collector who is interested in high-profile historical events
 and paid really huge amount for it.
