Continue to prepare the flat for windows replacement.

After you have done all necessary things to ensure free passage of installers to the job site and for furniture protection, you need to take care about some important points. 
It is better to protect the floor or carpet. As for the carpet, it should be removed from the room or rolled to open the passage to the window. If the floor cover cannot be removed, it needs to be protected to avoid traces of dirt on it. The floor can be covered with sheets of plywood. 

As for furniture and household appliances, then it is better to remove them from the room. This particularly applies to appliances highly sensitive to the large amount of dust. If you can not do this, then pull out all the appliances from the sockets and wrap them with dust-proof material. 

Don't forget that during dismantling the door must be closed otherwise a draft will bring dust around the apartment. Small children at the time of the works can be sent to relatives and elder ones to walk with friends. If small children stay at home, their movement must be uder permanent control. 

If you have pets they can experience a lot of stress and start acting out in crazy wayets because of the presence of strangers, noise and dust. Therefore it is better to send to relatives or friends the same as in case with children.
