PVC windows design.

Plastic window is a complex, multicomponent product. So the choice not to become a disappointment, you need to have an idea about how various components affect the cost and quality of all design as a whole. 

Plastic window consists of PVC profile, usually a reinforced with metal insert, glazing, fittings and sealing. Depending on the window design, there can be a number of additional accessories. On average, the cost of the reinforced profile is up to 25% of the windows cost, glazing and fitings by 15% each one. 

You should understand the responsibility of each of these components. PVC profile, as the main component is the most responsible for providing sound and heat insulation. Steel reinforcement gives it the necessary rigidity to withstand any adverse conditions. The main function of glazing is providing the required lighting, but in modern windows its function is not limited to this. Good glazing in collaboration with the quality profile will provide silence, thermal comfort and safety. The fittings system is the mechanism responsible for opening and closing windows, in addition extra accessories can make the window safe for children or protect against burglary. Sealer is a very important part of the plastic window, as it ensures its integrity without which the design loses all of its wonderful properties.
