3D printing may change the market of plastic windows.

The development of high technologies, among which 3D printing takes  an important place can completely change the market of PVC windows. At the moment, this technlogy is relatively new and quite imperfect. However, it is necessary to take into account the huge speed of technology development lately. This allows to make the assumption that after 20 years, 3D printing will move from piece production to the mass. And then serious change in the window industry will be inevitable. 

Manufacture of plastic profile may be carried out using a 3D printer. This will help to eliminate from the production cycle entire stages like extrusion of profile, manufacturer of sealing, cutting frames, reinforcement, welding. Such printer can print the finished window frame in a very short time. 

When this technology is finalized, the manufacturing process of PVC Windows will change dramatically. Instead of a multi-step, requiring expensive equipment production process, appear simple tech process.

For this to become a reality, the composition of the window profile should be changed as currently steel reinforcement is reqired. If there is a possibility of printing the finished frame with high resistance to loads, there will be a technological revolution in the industry.
