How to decorate new PVC windows: choosing a cornice.

Rings with clips are an element determining user convenience in operation of cornice. It is important that they can be easily removed or added at any time. One of the latest inventions are incomplete rings with special grooves that allow dress them up and take them away through the bracket of corresponding form. This is especially convenient solution for long cornices that are attached at several points. When you select clips and hooks for curtains, choose easily sliding along the ledge, otherwise you'll have to pull the curtains.

Even rod does not have to be boring. You can choose models with complex weaves or embossed and not necessarily in the form of a cylinder. There are versions of rectangular, triangular, square, and various polygons.

However, not only color and shape of the rod determines the style of the cornice. Staples and tips are not less important. The range in the market is huge – small and large, in the shape of flowers, leaves, geometric shapes or crystal balls. When choosing a cornice it is worth remembering that the brackets and the finials with curtain rod needs to be integrated.

Depending on preferences, cornices able to merge imperceptibly with window decorations or become pronounced detail of the room. If you do not like to shield windows, it is worth considering that the cornice itself can be a decoration even without curtains - it becomes an elegant framing and emphasizes the geometry of the window opening.
