PVC windows production

Plastic windows have become a familiar attribute of our homes. More and more homes and offices are equipped with these wonderful designs. The process of plastic windows manufacturing includes several stages and requires high-tech equipment on each of them.

In the preparatory phase the workpieces for future construction are created and glass is cut and after it is subsequently cleared with automatic cleaner. At this stage, also the spacer must be cut and provided with a desiccant and sealant. 

The next stage is connection of all the parts and crimping. The crimp is necessary to create the maximum tightness of the glazing. Then the end parts are covered with special composition, It occurs at high temperature, which simultaneously accelerates the hardening of the sealant. The preparation process of the glass ends.

Then the window frame is created. With this, plastic profile is cut in accordance with done measurements. Then the holes for fittings installation must be drilled in it. And only after that cut parts connect into the whole frame. To give the structure proper appearance, the seams and holes are polished by special machines. 

The next stage - installation of fittings and seals. This process ends with assembling the window in a single unit, when the glazing is firmly fixed in the frame using the seal. 

After the end of the production process, we always perform quality control. The window is checked for the presence of external and internal defects and reliability of fittings.

The last stage is the delivery of finished products to the place of  of PVC windows installtion. The process is carried out in specially equipped vehicles to minimize the possibility of damage to the windows.
