Features of PVC windows installation

Our company is a responsible manufacturer of plastic windows. Therefore, we not only sell windows, but also install them. Many of our clients are interested to know exactly how we install PVC windows. Such knowledge will allow a better assessment of how well  the installation is done.

So, the first stage is the delivery of glazing. Please note that the glazing is delivered in special protective packaging. It must not have any visible damage, cracks or scratches, bubbles on the glass are unacceptable. The profile must be in a protective film which is removed after completion of installation.

Do not underestimate the importance of accurate measurement of the window opening. The best distance between the window frame and the wall from 15 to 30 mm,but even if it is different from the optimal, it should still be the same on all sides. Installation is done to a depth of about one third of the wall.

During the installation process, the gap will be filled with foam. The next important stage is testing the strength of fixing windows. If it wobbles in the window opening, it is unacceptable. If not to fix the profile as needed, then later problems will arise.

After finishing the installation of windows, our experts will make it seal. This would ensure a proper heat and sound insulation.The field joint is the most vulnerable part of windows, so we pay special attention to it.

Correct installation of PVC windows is critical to their subsequent operation. If during installation there will be errors, this will reduce the service life of windows and will cause problems in their operation.
