PVC Windows are becoming a familiar attribute of our home. More and more homes and offices are equipped with these wonderful designs. The process of making plastic Windows consists of several stages and requires high-tech equipment on each of them.
At the preparatory stage for the future design, blanks are created and glass is cut, which is subsequently cleaned with the help of a hardware sink. At the same stage, cut the remote frame and provide it with a moisture absorber and sealant.
The next step is to connect all the parts and crimp. Crimping is necessary to create maximum tightness of the glass. Then the end parts are covered with a special composition, this occurs at a high temperature, which simultaneously accelerates the hardening of the sealant. The window frame is then created. In this case, PVC profile is cut in accordance with the measurements made. Then in it drill the holes necessary for installation of accessories. And only after that the whole frame is connected from the cut parts. To give the structure a proper look, seams and holes are polished by special machines.
The next stage is the installation of accessories and seals. The process ends with the Assembly of the window into a single whole, when the double-glazed window is securely fixed in the frame with the help of seals. After the end of the production process, quality control is carried out. The window is checked for the presence of external and internal defects and reliability of fastening of accessories.
The last stage is the delivery of the finished product to the installation site of PVC Windows. The process is carried out on a specially equipped transport to minimize the possibility of damage to the Windows.
