How to prepare apartments for PVC windows installation?

Potential buyers of plastic windows should know in advance how to properly prepare the apartment for installation. Due to this knowledge the window replacement will be carried out in the shortest possible time with the minimum of stress and without damage to flat or furniture. 

If you decide to replace your old wooden windows, you will need to produce dismantling work. The process of dismantling is quite dusty and noisy. To properly prepare for it, you should consider several important points.

1. Access to the window opening must be completely free. The furniture should be pushed as far as possible from the window and covered with plastic film. Also, keep in mind that the design will be delivered to the apartment by elevator or stairs, respectively, the stairs must have enough free. 

2. Floors and floor coverings must be protected. It is better to remove the carpets from the room in which the replacement of Windows will take place, if it cannot be removed, then need to be covered with sheets of cardboard so it does not remain traces from installers feet.

3.Appliances and furniture must be protected.

The best thing is to clear the room from all that can be brought out, especially sensitive household appliances. If for some reason this is not possible, it is also necessary to cover, it will help to save it from scratches and dirt. 

4. Taking care of children is the most important point. 

While changing the windows, it is better to send small children to relatives. But if they have to stay at home, you must monitor their every move, as the outdoor window opening will always attract their attention.
